“Friendly and caring staff. Reasonably priced. Great quality of all their products. Was 100% satisfied and would recommend their services. I knew my pet was left in caring hands. Would definitely would use their services again.”
“I am so grateful that Life Cycle Pet was here during this difficult time. Bobbie Ruth showed me such compassion. I felt very confident that my beloved cat was taken care of, even after passing, and rightly returned to me. I highly recommend Life Cycle Pet.”
“Thank you for your compassion, empathy and flexibility in handling Bigglesworth, my presence, and his cremation – and on such short notice. I admire your professionalism and kindness and obvious respect. Everything – the card, clay paw print, and presentation box of Bigglesworth’s ashes – is exceptional. I will treasure these until I die.
“Thank you for your exceptional after-care of my Bigglesworth. I am so grateful.”
“Thank you, Bobbie Ruth. You put an unexpected amount of love and thought into what you do, at times when we’ve most needed that. Maizie and Lucy were our first cats, ever. They were each with us over eighteen years, and to lose them both within a space of about six months is heartbreaking. Your kindness and attention to detail help us pick up the pieces.
“We will love them as long as we live, and if it’s possible, longer.”
“On July 30th we lost our sweet girl Lucy to old age and natural causes. She was an awesome Prairie Dog as they all are and gave us many years of love and fun taking care of her. She will be deeply missed by Sharon and I as well as our other Prairie Dogs Mojo and Molly. We have used Radiant Heart’s services twice before and it was a positive amazing experience so it was obvious there was only one place to go. Thanks again to Bobby Ruth and all the staff for their professional and compassionate service, highly recommended!”
“It’s been 15 years since we bought her home and now 1 week since our Penny died, we miss her dearly, a piece of the puzzle missing here at home now. She will never be forgotten for all the joy she gave to our family. We brought her home. Thanks Radiant Heart for taking care of our Penny! “
“Mr Max died a few weeks ago. He came to our home when he was ten years old and blind. From day one, Max taught me to take things as they come. He found his way up stairs, out dog doors, and down many trails. He was kind, silly and perfect. He died at 16 years with quiet dignity. Radiant Heart helped us to make Max’s final arrangements as dignified and caring as he was. Thank you all.”
We never felt rushed or pressured. They walked us through every option and helped us choose the most beautiful glass memorial to remember our cat, Luna. It brings us so much comfort to have it in our home.”
