Radiant Heart Owner, Bobbie Ruth Langley, will do the research for you.

Since founding Radiant Heart in 2013, Bobbie Ruth has been researching (and finding) extraordinary memorials for pets, building relationships with talented artists (who also provide great customer service), focusing on Pacific Northwest artists, and always leaning toward original/one-of-a-kind works of art. She would simply love  the opportunity to help you memorialize your pet

If Bobbie Ruth is unable to find the perfect urn for your pet within 30 business days, she will refund you 50% of the concierge fee.

Cost of urn is separate from the concierge fee.

No return/refund for personalized urns.  30-day return for non-personlized urns (see return policy).
