Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Radiant Heart After-Care for Pets!

We offer a refund and/or exchange within the first 15 days after purchase from our retail store, or 15 days after the delivery date to the designated Shipping Address for web orders. If 15 days have passed since your purchase from our retail store or receipt of your web order, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
In order for your product to be eligible for a return or exchange, it must meet all of the following:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, and if they are not custom made. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and return the defective or damaged item to:

Exempt Goods
The following are exempt from refunds:

  • Gift cards
  • Any custom item – this includes anything made with cremated remains or fur, and anything engraved. The only exception would be if an error was made by Radiant Heart or the artist/manufacturer in creation of the order.

Return Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a refund check will be mailed to you.  (Radiant Heart does not keep credit card information on file.  If you would like to be refunded via credit card then you will need to provide us with a credit card number and a 3% fee will be subtracted for processing.)

Late or missing refunds
If you do not receive your refund within 15 days of receiving a refund approval from Radiant Heart, please contact us at 360-778-9578 or [email protected].

Shipping
Please do not send the product back to the artist or manufacturer. It must be sent to the following address:

  • You will be responsible for all shipping costs for returning your item.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  • Radiant Heart is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in the mail. Both tracking and insurance are encouraged.
