Figured Maple Urn (30 ci)

This lovely urn was made from figured maple and turned on a wood lathe.

The wood was finished with several coats of satin lacquer, sanded in between coats and then buffed and polished by hand.

***What makes this urn special is its simplicity — the natural coloring and grain of the wood is simply gorgeous.

The threaded top is a light green epoxy casting of a mold made from a piece of burl wood. Threaded opening is 1″ dia.

4 1/4″ dia. x 5″ high

Appropriate for a pet up to 30 lbs. (flame cremation), 24 lbs. (water cremation) or as a keepsake urn for a larger pet.
