Here is a quick guide:

YES — Purchase directly from Radiant Heart if:

• Your pet has passed away at home from natural causes.

• You are certain you will not be using one of our referring partners for euthanasia or end-of-life care.
• You have already confirmed that your veterinarian does not partner with Radiant Heart, and you would like us to provide your pet’s after-care.

NO — Do not purchase online if:

• You have scheduled an appointment with one of our referring partners.
• You are unsure if you will need end-of-life assistance from a veterinarian.
• Your veterinarian has already discussed cremation options with you.

Why Is This Important?

Most of the pets entrusted to Radiant Heart come to us through veterinary hospitals and in-home euthanasia providers who partner with us.

These providers work closely with Radiant Heart to coordinate cremation services for the families they serve. Radiant Heart provides the cremation, while your veterinary provider coordinates your pet’s overall end-of-life care.

Why Might My Veterinarian’s Pricing Look Different?

Every veterinary hospital and in-home euthanasia provider establishes its own pricing.

Many providers combine euthanasia, transportation and cremation into a single package. As a result, the pricing you receive from your veterinary provider may not match the individual cremation prices shown on this website.

In many cases, families pay approximately the same—or even less—than Radiant Heart’s direct retail pricing while benefiting from the convenience of having all services coordinated through their veterinary provider.

If You Purchase Online and Later Use One of Our Referring Partners

If you purchase cremation services through this website and later choose to have one of our referring partners arrange your pet’s cremation, you will still need to pay your veterinary provider for the services they coordinate.

Radiant Heart will gladly refund your online purchase. However, because credit card processing fees are not refunded to us by the payment processor, refunds issued under these circumstances are subject to a 5% processing fee.
