Made from solid figured maple burl with wenge trim, this extraordinary pet urn would be a gorgeous resting place for your pet’s cremated remains.
The wood was harvested from the woods of North Carolina and kiln-dried by the artist.
The body was cut from a single piece of beautifully figured solid maple burl and then book matched horizontally. This gives a lovely flowing grain figure around the 4 tightly mitered vertical corners. The top is precisely routed with a “cove” profile and trimmed in exotic wenge.
