It gives me so much comfort to touch his paw print plaque, to feel his fur, to open the chest and see the beautiful velvet bag, knowing his ashes are so beautifully preserved. We also feel so good about the fact that, once we had to leave Malcolm at the vets, he was in wonderful, compassionate care with you! That means so much to us. He was treated with love, respect and kindness. Thank you, with our deepest gratitude, for all you did for Malcolm. We miss him, but he is alive in our hearts and memories.”
