“This experience was wonderful – a dream come true! The tragic loss of my beloved Byron after 10 years together left me heart broken. The vet’s office said that they could take care of it [the cremation], but at some place they had never been to. All they could say was that they never had any complaints [about the cremation service]. Byron deserved the best, his body deserved respect, and I deserved a proper goodbye.
