Hawaiian Koa Pet Urn with Cerulean Blue Top – 10 ci

This exquisite little urn was made from a gorgeous piece of two-tone Hawaiian koa wood and turned on a wood lathe.

The wood was finished with several coats of satin lacquer, sanded in between coats and then buffed and polished by hand using a micro-crystalline wax.

The wood is the star of the show, but this urn is extra special due to the screw-in topper made from a beautiful blue expoxy that was cast in a live edge burl mold.

Signed by the artist, who lives and works in Olympia, WA.

Appropriate for a pet up to 10 lbs. (flame cremation), 8 lbs. (water cremation) or as a keepsake urn for a larger pet.
