Fairytale Green & Blue Ceramic Urn

This beautiful urn was hand made by a PNW artist who also happens to be a veterinary professional working in Lynden, WA.

Entirely self-taught, her passion for ceramics clearly shows in this one-of-a-kind memorial. The base material is buff ceramic clay with a touch of grog for texture, finished with a mixture of high-fire glazes.

This special urn is adorned with a waxed hemp string necklace with paw print and infinity/love charms. The enamel is also special in that shades of blue and green enamel drip down, and the bottom fifth of the urn is raw textured ceramic. The coloring, mix of textures, and delightful green “gnome” hat lid gives this urn a particular fairytale charm.
