Radiant Heart After-Care for Pets is pleased to bring the following local artists to your attention. They are all from Whatcom, Skagit or Island Counties, and specialize in high quality pet portraiture. They offer different styles and use a variety of mediums.

The cat depicted in all of the portraits above is Emma Langley (1996-2015). The Emma Project was conceived in late 2014 to give pet parents the benefit of seeing the work of select local pet portrait artists in an equal side-by-side comparison. To achieve this, we asked each artist to create a portrait of the same pet, Emma. It is our hope that you will immediately feel drawn to the artist who will best meet your unique needs.

Originals are on display at Radiant Heart’s pet-only funeral home in Bellingham.

In honor of Nancy McGormley (1935-2013), Bobbie Ruth Langley’s mother and an amateur artist whose bequest made Radiant Heart possible, we happily promote these talented local artists without accepting any form of commission. You are encouraged to contact the artists directly.
