“When our dear dog, Toby, passed away, we were in grief and chose to have him cremated and to go to the apple orchard. Three years later, I knew that was a mistake and we chose differently for Mandy. Thank you for all of the love and care you put into this process. I was floored. We adopted Mandy 12 years ago. When we gave her a final send-off on the beach, it was beautiful. Your wooden box, paw print ornament, tuft of fur, paw print and poem—I was beyond grateful. I wish we had done this for Toby as well.
