Payment is due at the time products and services are ordered.

We do not offer “payment at pick up” or any other kind of deferred payment options. Payment plans through Scratchpay.com, if needed, must be set-up in advance of ordering.  We would be happy to provide you with an Estimate to help with your application.

Without payment in advance…

  • We will not take custody of your pet for cremation.
  • We will not create pre-cremation memorials.*
  • We will not order any memorials from a third-party vendor.

Cremation Service Arranged Through a Referring Veterinary Service Provider:

If you have paid a Referring Veterinary Service Provider for eco-friendly water cremation and a standard urn, but would like flame cremation instead and/or would like additional pre-cremation memorials, then payment for these additional products and services is required in advance. Usually this means providing credit card information over the phone when we call to confirm your order.

If you cannot (or chose not to) pay by credit card over the phone, then you have 5 days to provide alternative payment (on-line payment of an emailed invoice or in-person payment at Radiant Heart’s facility). If payment is not received within 5 days of receiving your order, then we will move forward with your pet’s cremation via eco-friendly water cremation without creating any pre-cremation memorials. 

*Pre-cremation memorials are anything that involves the pet’s body, including but not limited to clay prints, ink prints, fur clippings, fur captures, mold/cast items, etc.
