This gorgeous little urn was made from maple and turned on a wood lathe.
The wood was finished with several coats of satin lacquer, sanded in between coats and then buffed and polished by hand.
The threaded top is an epoxy casting of a mold made from a piece of burl. Threaded opening is 5/8″ dia.
3 1/4″ dia. x 3″ high
Appropriate for a pet up to 10 lbs. (flame cremation), 8 lbs. (water cremation) or as a keepsake urn for a larger pet.
