There’s something so special about wood where the natural edge (live edge) is allowed to be an integral part of the piece. This urn is no exception.
Sculpted from a piece of wood found on near a small mill in SW Oregon, this naturally dramatic urn has grain lines colored in warm shades of wheat with brush strokes of gray. The live edge texture includes fascinating abandoned beetle galleries.
Hand-finished with beeswax.
Please note that any ‘flaws’ or cracks are part of the natural beauty of the wood.
Appropriate for pets up to 50 lbs or as a keepsake urn for a larger pet.
